Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers free of charge to the following regions:
European Union (EU)
United Kingdom (UK)
If you are located outside these areas and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us for custom shipping arrangements.
Shipping Fees
There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the EU and the UK. All prices on our website include shipping costs—what you see is what you pay.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within:
8 to 21 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Customs and Duties
Customs duties and import taxes are generally not applicable to customers within the EU and UK. We will notify you in advance if additional charges arise.
Returns & Refunds
– You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
– Returned items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
– Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
– Custom-built products, including hyperbaric chambers, may not be eligible for standard return
policies unless they are faulty.
